"Many people will tell you that when a person is building a new home it is one of the most stressful times you will ever have in your life. During the construction of my new home, I would have to disagree with that statement. Knowing that the construction of my new home was under the supervision of Chad, I knew that my home was being built with the highest quality materials. Chad was very knowledgeable about the materials that he was using in his homes and was also very aware of making his homes energy efficient that would save me money in the long run by decreasing my expenditures on utilities. While my home was being built, Chad demonstrated daily his attention to detail and his insistence in working with subcontractors that he knew would support his passion for building quality. Chad was also very aware of the qualities in a home that would lead to greater equity and resale in a home.
Communication with my contractor was also very good. He informed me in a timely manner when I needed to complete my choices for cabinets, lighting, flooring, paint colors, etc. If the event that I had questions during building, he was available either at my home or via telephone. He was very supportive during this process and offered input when asked. I felt during this process that he really cared about the appearance of my home and wanted to make sure that I was totally happy with every aspect of my home.
Chad demonstrates great pride in the homes that he builds. During the final walk-through, any items that needed to be fixed were handled promptly and satisfactorily. Now that I am living in my new home, I am proud to tell people that my home was built by Highland Development Inc. I know that my home was built with great care and attention to detail. I would strongly recommend Highland Development Inc. to anyone who wants to ensure that they are getting one of the best homes for their money today."

We purchased our new home in February of this year from Highland Development Inc. The quality of our home was not the single decision in purchasing this house, but the integrity and sincerity of the builder Chad Lenz. Since we have purchased our home, Chad has been very attentive to our requests, and timely in responding to our needs. We have maintained a great working relationship with Chad from our first meeting and walk through, during the purchase of our home purchase, and Chad has continued to contact us on a regular basis since our purchase.
